What it means
To prohibit cyclists from using the carriageway, lane or path where they can cause a danger to themselves and to other road users. Look out for cyclists who use the road despite the prohibition. Cyclists must follow a different route and may not proceed beyond this sign.
Om fietsryers te verbied om die rybaan, verkeersbaan of pad te gebruik waar hulle 'n gevaar vir hulleself en vir ander padgebruikers kan veroorsaak. Kyk uit vir fietsryers wat die pad ondanks die verbod gebruik. Fietsryers moet 'n ander roete volg en mag nie verby hierdie teken gaan nie.
