What it means

To allow traffic turning left, to do so (if it can be done without interfering with cross traffic) without stopping. If you intend to carry straight on, bring your vehicle to a standstill behind the stop line. When turning left, yield to all traffic, which is close enough to pose a hazard. Proceed only when it is safe.

Om verkeer wat links draai toe te laat om dit te doen (indien dit gedoen kan word sonder om kruisverkeer te steur) sonder om te stop. As jy van plan is om reguit voort te gaan, bring jou voertuig tot stilstand agter die stoplyn. Wanneer jy links draai, gee voorrang aan alle verkeer wat naby genoeg is om 'n gevaar in te hou. Gaan slegs voort wanneer dit veilig is.
