What it means

Indicates to the driver of a goods vehicle with a gross vehicle mass (GVM) or a gross combination mass (GCM) in excess of that mass indicated in tonnes, by means of a number on such sign, that he or she shall not proceed beyond such sign. Do not enter this area if you are driving motorcar.

Dui aan die bestuurder van 'n goederevoertuig met 'n bruto voertuigmassa (BVM) of 'n bruto kombinasiemassa (BKM) wat die massa wat in ton aangedui word (deur middel van 'n nommer op so 'n teken) oorskry, dat hy of sy nie verby hierdie teken mag gaan nie.
