No overtaking or no crossing line ahead marking
Afrikaans: Verbysteekverbod- of sperstreepvooruitmerk
What it means
To warn you that there is a no-overtaking line or no-crossing line ahead. Ensure not to cross the prohibition line that follows the sign. If you are on the right-hand side of the road move back to the left- hand lane as soon as possible before the prohibition line starts.
Om jou te waarsku dat daar 'n geen-verbygaan-lyn of geen-oorsteek-lyn vorentoe is. Maak seker dat jy nie die verbodslyn wat op die teken volg, oorsteek nie. As jy aan die regterkant van die pad is, beweeg so gou moontlik terug na die linkerbaan voordat die verbodslyn begin.
